• Dictation capabilities (SIRI is not available on new iPad yet)
• Airplay to play iPad content on your large screen HD TV
• New Advanced apps specially for new iPad 3rd generation
• Multi touch 9.7 inch LED backlit glossy screen
• Built in speaker, microphone
• Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor & Gyroscope
• Wifi, Digital Compass
• Assisted GPS and GLONASS  (only in 4G models)
• Use internet through data cards with 2g, 3g or 4G mobile towers (only in 4G models)

Why 4G Model may not be good for you?

• There are only two advanced features in 4G models. These are in case if you wish to use iPad for accessing internet while you are roaming, you can use 4G model to access 2G, 3G and 4G Mobile networks. So far Airtel is the only company offering 4G only in Kolkata, the list will grow but unfortunately standard used by Indian companies is not going to be compatible with the new iPad.
  In case if your mobile supports wifi hotspot creation like iPhone does, you can still connect to internet through your phone and do not go for 4G model.
• Second feature that you can find in 4G model is GPS chipset, which means you can capture satellite packets and know your longitude and latitude. For rendering the Maps where your location will be plotted you still need WiFi or    data card to access internet.
